Protein crystallography is a perfect system of studying more about the secondary, and as it turned out ternary structure of protein. Sometimes, on the basis of protein crystallography data it is possible do define the protein quaternary structure, but it is not always available. Lots of different factors can influence the defining of protein texture. Folding of protein is the main structural characteristic of protein molecule. The protein is quite surprising matter, because all the information about it is stocked and folded in its primary texture. So a lot of scientists worldwide try to find the proteins more properly.
